Colliers Monroe Friedlander of Honolulu needed a new look and feel for their multi-property
website. Visitors can easily navigate around the site and find
the info that they're looking for. An online administration area allows Colliers to
easily update content on their website as well as manage PDF documents and numerous other sections of the site. Each property section also incorporates an interactive site plan
that allows visitors to learn about each property available. Colliers can also automatically
update the site plan status colors from within the administration area so that they site
map is always updated with the latest info.

I have great experience taking already created Photoshop (.psd) files and converting them to W3C valid XHTML tableless CSS markup that are compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Nichelini and Sons, Inc.
Nichelini and Sons, Inc. initially only wanted a single page site to
show a brief description of their services and contact info. Once we began
the process, they quickly decided that they wanted to go further and add
pages to the site. The unique design incorporates Flash elements into the design.
A database powered flash photo gallery also allows them to easily add
new before and after photos so visitors can visually grasp the quality of work.

Art Butler Auto Sales
Art Butler Auto Sales already had a current website but wanted a redesign that would
allow them to still serve their local customers while also attracting business from other areas
and countries. Auto listings were already database powered, but in order to make things
more efficient I developed a custom administration area. Within the administration area, I
developed a custom zip utility that takes all photos of a supplied stock number,
renames them, and places them in a zip file for easy batch uploading to AutoTrader.com™

The DSO
The DSO is a restaurant directory where you can find the latest deals and specials.
The website allows for member restaurants to login and control their menu items, add a
photo gallery to their restaurant, and more. The restaurants can also create coupons to
be tracked and printed from the website. Visitors can sign up for a daily newsletter showing lunch
and dinner specials for areas that they choose. In May 2007, an upcoming events calendar was
added that shows events based on area or specific restaurants. Restaurant owners can create new
events that are single occurance or that are repeat events. Visitors can also sign up for an
event reminder that is emailed a day before the event.

Randy Muir Art Studios
This website was developed for Wildlife Artist, Randy Muir. The site was built using valid XHTML
and CSS. For the painting gallery, I incorporated the use of Ajax and Script.aculo.us to
provide a quick and elegant transitioning gallery.
